With just over a year under his belt, Spencer has received a welcoming start to the industry as an artist. Cracking over 3.4M streams across his catalogue, surpassing 317k likes on TikTok, and placement on some of Canada’s most listened-to editorial playlists. Spencer has established himself as an up-and-coming talent just waiting to explode.

His debut single ‘Wanting You’ appeared at #76 on 'Canada’s Top of the Country' charts, and received support from top channels including Spotify, Apple Music, SiriusXM Radio, and KX96 Radio as their undiscovered talent feature. What "is" and "isn't" country is a tiring debate, Burns finds inspiration in a wide breadth of genres in an attempt to create dynamic music that expands the borders of the genre. Writing all original songs, and collaborating as a songwriter in Canadian and American country music. Credits include up-and-coming Canadian Country artist Hunter Rae (Be a Cowboy), which earned him his first writing credit on Spotify’s ‘New Music Friday’ editorial playlist. Oregon native and Nashville based Caleb Lathrop (Love Song), and Canadian-wide touring artist Brian John Hardwood (Tell You What).
